From Cream’s Jack Bruce to Free’s Andy Fraser, a stable of iconic bass players have relied on the robust low-end of Gibson basses for decades. Gibson has continued to reinvent its bass line over the years, and the new 2017 incarnation of the EB model reaches beyond what any previous bass can produce.

The new Gibson 2017 EB basses – the EB Bass 4-string and EB Bass 5-string – build on everything that makes the EB design and brand legendary and go even further, centering innovations on producing even better tone, playability and quality. They’ve got a modern edge while staying true to the classic EB experience.
